Dream and Sleep Blogs on Huffington Post

February 4, 2010

In case you are not already aware, “Huffington Post” is running a “sleep challenge” to encourage people to get more, and better quality sleep – especially women who often compromise on self-care in their efforts to meet every need.  As you well know, sleeping more and better is something highly endorsed here!

As a result, there is a wealth of information on sleeping and dreaming being contributed by a huge range of bloggers, so I recommend popping by to have a browse.  Click on the tags to find articles that are relevant to you.

If you are short on time, a couple of blogs I would suggest are here:

A Jungian approach in simple language: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/gary-trosclair-lcsw/a-jungian-analysis-of-dre_b_448681.html

A great review of products to help you sleep (or not!): http://www.huffingtonpost.com/cindi-leive/sleep-challenge-2010-man_b_446579.html

A wise, down o earth summary of how to get to know your dreams better: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/anne-naylor/getting-the-most-out-of-y_b_438047.html

Enjoy!
