We aren’t psychics, and we don’t believe that you can look your dream up in a dream dictionary and really understand what your dream is about.

At the Dream Well we believe only you can really know what your dream is about, because only you really know what is going in your own mind, and in your own life.

But what we can do is learn how to dream well -  to dream clearly, to remember what we dream and to come to understand the messages our our mind is giving us in sleep.  So if someone who has told you they are an expert has given you a meaning for your dream that doesn’t feel right, or seems to be a little off, maybe it is time for you to become your own expert!

We believe that dreams can provide insights into our lives that can help us learn more about ourselves, help us develop and grow and even lead to personal transformation.

We believe dreams are like a deep well of wisdom inside us that only we can access.

But like a deep well, the water that flows into it underground connects us to all other wells.  In this way when we dream we are connected to all humanity.

We believe that with a combination of guidance and conscious dedication, every person can develop their personal intuition and not only understand their dreams better, but understand themselves better.

We believe that with improved self awareness we can understand others better, we can make better decisions in life that effect ourselves and others, and this will help make the world a better place.

The Dream Well has been set-up for those who seek, to help them find.

We don’t believe in experts telling you the meaning of you dreams, so where we can help is with guidance in understanding your dreams, and to help you build a rewarding dreaming practice.   Sometimes an answer is revealed by asking the right question.  This is what we aim to do.

But in the end, only you have the answers to the questions you seek.
